SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All the orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing. (Monday – Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 3-5 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be
contacted once we receive the undelivered product.

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at thekissandryfruits@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
(1) the product/s are returned after use
(2) the products are damaged

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-8 business days.

If you have received a defective product, share images at thekissandryfruits@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.
